What Flock records should you request?
We recommend the following:
- The number of license plates scanned with Flock, Axon, or Motorola automated license plate readers (ALPRs), or any other ALPR systems in use, over the last 30 days
- The names of the hot lists/watch lists used with any ALPR systems
- The names of all agencies with which data is shared via Flock Safety, Axon, or Motorola ALPR systems or any other ALPR system that may be in use
- All agreements with businesses, HOAs, or other entities for access or data sharing with Flock, Axon, or Motorola, or any other ALPR system in use
- All contracts, MOUs, or other agreements concerning ALPR use with Flock Safety, Motorola, Axon, or other ALPR companies/systems
- All procurement documents related to Flock Safety, Axon, or Motorola ALPR systems, or ALPR systems from any other company, vendor, provider, or entity
